Not sure what you mean by "squeeze in more BBs", you pretty much always ramp->CB->BB (as both slayer and thane)
The main difference between them in single target is whether you add in thunder blast / buffed execute in there

Oh in multi yeah you can BB over CB but you're gonna use both anyways so not really a big deal, the only real reason to BB before CB is to try and get a thunder blast proc right before a pack dies

Iirc with the ST talents before season, Onslaught was barely beat by SD, though I don't know if the APL has been optimised for Onslaught, or if other buffs have changed how good Onslaught is comparitively
As for AoE, don't think you'll find a talent setup where Onslaught will be good, but you will be able to clear basically any content with Onslaught talented

Hi I havent played warrior in years but I picked up Fury again (level 77 now) and its really fun....but I checked wowhead for rotation/builds etc, and their dps charts say its the worst in the game?
