arms is ONLY 2 handers, where as fury is 1 handers and 2 handers, which means a higher chance to get a 2 hander if your arms loot spec

that's the only thing that gives me hope is that the "burst" factor has been significantly reduced and them removing odyn's proc from titan's torment gives blizzard a lot more wiggle room in respect to what they can do to fury so it can keep up with the other specs
