Could someone please help me decide whether to take the 1/6 Hero legs or 1/6 Hero head from my vault? I would take one of these and convert it to tier using catalyst. I also have a 606 Web-Wrapped Curio which I think gives 4/8 Champion that I'm trying to factor into the decision.
My current head is 8/8 veteran and my current legs are 4/8 champion. My hands and chest are already tier, so getting head/legs into tier plus curio would give me 4-set.
Here's the options I guess:

1. Select Hero helm from Great Vault and use curio on legs. Helm would go 8/8 Veteran -> 1/6 Hero. Legs would go 4/8 Champion -> 4/8 Champion.
2. Select Hero legs from Great Vault and use Curio on Helm. Helm would go 8/8 Veteran -> 4/8 Champion. Legs would go 4/8 Champion -> 1/8 Hero.
