What they said isn't exactly true if you use the Sudden Death talent, which the single target build does. It's also only kind of true in M+ spec without sudden death, since your slayer strikes != your MfE stacks in aoe
In other words, MfE is def worth tracking - I just have a glow condition on my execute weakaura for when I'm at 3 stacks
