nothing really has any specific class-synergy anymore; mostly about taking whatever you like or have a desire to craft for yourself (which you also don't need to do anymore)
- Alchemy gets double flask duration, which is still good for long hours of raid or M+ (assuming your guild doesn't provide them anyway)
- Engineering is still useful for outdoor exploration, getting around the world quicker, and general shenanigans
- otherwise, each prof can sell gear, make some supplementary items, etc; just pick whatever seems fun to you and don't worry too much about it

it's gonna be pretty rare for you to RB several times in a row
but if you do happen to get a lot of back to back RB resets, then yeah you would use it up to ~ rage cap before Rampage again

I'm not even worried too much about the tuning after the removal of Unhinged cleave, but I liked the idea that you had to setup your Bladestorm (by using Whirlwind or OF before). I guess it will be easier to play without it. Tuning can always change on weekly basis

Also make sure you are only doing the crushing blow version. Bloodbath proc is better than normal raging blow.

Could give Thunderblast the mass disintegrate treatment. If it hits only 1 target then it hits a second time for X% more. Would help singletarget without buffing the cleave.

thing about thane is that it's noticeably ahead in sustained MT but behind in ST
- buffing Lightning Strikes is a good approach, but that's not going to make up the ~15% damage difference between the two builds
- buffing TC/TB obviously imbalance multitarget further
So the best approach is probably doing something a little more refined, buffing Lightning Strikes, while reducing Seismic Reverb from 30 -> 15%, thereby allowing Thunder Clap/Blast/Strength of the Mountain to come up a bit in ST without affecting overall MT as much
