I've gotten an LFR token for leggo. It exists, but it is tagged specifically Raid Finder, so it only protects bad luck in that space, which means it isn't really worth worrying about.

Each difficulty gives you a certain amount of blp. So doing just heroic gives you RF,normal and heroic percentages (or whatever increments it gives)

The stats, such as haste and mastery, are different, and the levels of crafted items for you and me are also different.
