Find what works for you; they all have their ups and downs, but Kyrian is sort of the best all around cause spear is good damage, Phial is very strong, soulbinds are solid, and in S1 tanks were sort of the Kyrian buff bitch

Ravager is generally the better m+ talent, its more rage, more dmg and more threat than ITF.
The only reason to play ITF would be for that minimal increase in block uptime which is not needed whatsoever, especially when you're currently just grinding keys

ZG platform, Mechagon platform, dipped into Mechagon to pull first trash mob and tormentor boss, then back out to ardenweald platform for our third power, then did ardenweald itself for 4th power, then Mechagon, then zg. Gave us all 4 for all bosses and seemed to work nicely for bloodlust times. Not too much time lost travelling
No pride in ardenweald is fantastic, just chain the whole thing.
