Every single specific global doesn't need to be too perfect overall. The main times you really want to drill down and focus are Last Stand windows
If you have everything up at the start of the pull, it should be easy enough to get up to like, 25s of Banner Duration remaining
Then, you consume rage to sorta preserve that until next Last Stand sequence where you make sure to spend all the rage you're generating, which is mostly slam IP like you're trying to break your keyboard, press Revenge every global SS isn't there, and SS when it's up
also slap the shit out of your other CDs anytime they even blink at you
so i guess cd tracking was might be useful if you don't have those yet

If the rotation is stressful during a raid or key, you'll need to go to a dummy and just press until it's muscle memory

That being said, specific order I recommend is Banner > LS > Avatar > Charge, and just slam IP while doing that. I recommend setting up a macro for just pull purposes that uses the first three in that order
As you go through that last stand window, drop ravager while mashing IP, SS at some point while slamming it, and just literally don't stop pressing IP or you'll lose out on more rage than you would otherwise

You can also throw ravager in before you ever engage, as well; you lose a tick of damage and rage (if that bug is still there), but it helps rage build

It's fine to spend it on TC every now and then, such as if there's nothing else you can press as having a dead global is the worst thing possible, using SS would overcap you on rage, or you're going to overwrite an outburst proc
The spitball numbers I see passed around is 1 TC outburst for every 3 SS outbursts, but just aim to get as many on SS as possible
It's also okay on pull to drop an outburst on TC for snap rage gen, as well, particularly considering how much rage you often get on initial pull
As long as you're generating and spending enough rage to upkeep banner, it means you're playing it right and well

I believe it's still a DPS loss over a weapon with secondaries, might be worth on Tyran, additionally, does revenge/thunder clap count as melee abilities? That could heavily influence the damage. With the haste affix I'm throw glaiving a lot due to no buttons to press and every hit has a chance to apply it

At a minimum, clear the raids on LFR to get quest credit so you can use the dinae for a good trinket next week. Doing them on Normal or higher gives better loot drops and the achievement mount. Also, clearing Heroic or Mythic allows you to upgrade the items you can buy with dinars

Thought that was the strat. I just pull him from one hammer to the other until the 3 stacks are off. Then beat on the tank.

yes, everyone sits at the first hammer, and then dps like crazy, soon as he charges and hammer hits, everyone BUT the player that got charged because they get a debuff that stops them from being targeted again, and so those remain players want to go to the next hammer
nobody can set the hammers off for any reason or the hammer does its thing and you don't get another shot at it
you'll be able to see this after it goes off, they start to spark/short out

ok on marileth you use AAf as potency whilst with bonesmith you have permanent 3% strenght and for tradeoff you get a solid critt buff, you might argue kevin but when you start the pack with more than 600 mastery the burst is much better
mastery is a bad stat to get from items but the raw attack power from 600 mastery is huge
