So Xbox Support is still waiting to get a report from Microsoft. This isn’t a console or account issue and they’re doing everything they can to fix it. If it hasn’t been fixed within 8 hours or so contact Xbox support again and go from there. I just spoke to support myself so I thought I’d relay the message.

They made a big mistake by design here imo

so in the old system, you had explicit corridors, and junction parts

what would happen if there a universe reset

all legacy parts now gone, replaced a bunch with the 'technology expansion rooms, if you put them next to each other you can create a large open space like the legacy open space

if you want walls, you place the 'door' piece and that makes a wall

so looking relatively decent at this point, as a straight up replacement for what was there, plus any new rooms.

still one container (#1) that is misaligned, I guess the experimental patch might fix that

this update actually encapsulates the "lore" i created for my freighter. The Itkrahntu is an old superfreighter with outdated tech. endurance adds much higher tech to this ship, which is similar to what i did when i purchased the freighter.

I was testing functionality, looking for bugs, and getting rid of legacy parts, ok and, I admit, building a bit outside so I could stand out there and stare at virtual stars, yes. but mostly the bare minimum and documenting all the things...

So, the Industrial rooms don't line up with the trade terminal. It will create the doorway between them unfortunately. But also could make for some cool designs. Seems when you place single tech rooms next to industrial rooms, it has a visual glitch on the corners.

The only thing I’m worried about are my storage containers. I don’t wanna delete them and risk losing ALL my stuff. All 10 of them are max full I don’t wanna lose all that by deleting my base. So actually I’ll go find another one and rebuild 😂

But bonus my fleet bug was fixed. I had this fleet for a looooooong time that I couldn’t debrief because there was no command center for it even tho I built the max and deleted my base to start over and with this update I was finally able to debrief them. They’re tired probably it’s been like 8 months 😂

you won't lose the materials in them but you will lose access to them until you build the containers again or if you have them at some other base you can go there and get items

I'll be updating the chart this evening, I grabbed screenshots of the layouts already, just need to double check the Phase Beam - Tengu was correct about the Cyclotron, a 5/3 setup is better for it than two 2x2 boxes, I missed that when Outlaws hit, I checked Photon, Positron, and Infra, and assumed the Phase and Cyclo would just follow suit. :(

phase 1: give you a blueprint from your base computer (10 times)

phase 2: send you to an abandoned building (10 times)
