I had these NPC ships (4 of them) at my base yesterday. They were flying in tandem and doing swirls in sync. I was mesmerized for like a half hour just watching this lol I was off the nip nip and thought it was players for the longest time 😆

Yes that’s a whole ass job. It’s like 10 units per tube and you got 200 tubes basically. 3 at a time is 66 stops to recover your shields

There is a base on the teleporter on dis. Just so you know that. Wherever you decide to build you can check the coordinates in that hub mapping tab. Sometimes they won’t load in and you could potentially be sticking your base on top of another if not careful

• Basketball Court: where lower security inmates can get a recreational workout during their 1-hour break outdoors. Daytime & nighttime.
• Scary moment: Me running away from a high security inmate that broke out. Thankfully, the AI mech caught them in the end.
• Workout area: Me resting after an intense night workout, while the inmates slept.
• Dining table: Nighttime shot while Laylaps helps with security, inspecting things....

I’ve been playing NMS for only 6 weeks.

I mainly use my time in this game to be creative, or community stuff (I’m a part of 3 community systems)
I spent the past 4-5 years playing hardcore survival in rust, so now I just focus on being creative. ATM there is nothing that interest me in just doing the survival things (although I currently have. 65 hours permadeath save I’m trying to reach the center of the galaxy on) 😆game is very good, but specially for artistic expression and RP

you will only ever see the last 13 uploaded bases. if you want to try and reset your "cache" for bases, then go to the neighboring system, land on a planet.. walk around for a moment or two then get back in your ship and warp back to the hub. This should "clear" your cache of bases.. reminder you will only ever see the 13 most recent uploaded bases.

oh? the planetary scanner I take it. on PC there is a module that turns your corvette mission computer into a trade computer. a teleporter, a planetary scanner AND the mission computer. I've been using the corvette to explore. Highly suspect HG will introduce planetary scanners later as a thing to put in a corvette.

there is. your freighter can grow so much more than what you could on a corvette, and also you can have multiple refiners. I also use my freighter as a warp marker. That is when I am out exploring and its time to come home, I leave the freighter where I was so I can warp back to that space and pick up from where I left off.

Featuring @pine sphinx 's Cafe in residence, each dorm room (4) will feature two roommates, and a live in kitchenette, bathrooms being installed on Tuesday. Gonna need a test subject to test the size of the rooms.. make em feel a bit cramped just like College! 🙂
