so it seems that survival bases created now show up visible to everyone not in perma or expedition. logical since everybody else is in a common crossover set of lobbies

but pre-4.0 survival bases are apparently only visible to current perma players now

because survival and perma used to be in a crossover set of lobbies apart from normal and creative

so it seems those got left there and we don't really know whether re-uploading would change that or ... anyways, kind of a mess

it'll get sorted out over time
