I have uninstalled and reinstalled the nvidia drivers, all the windows c++ stuff and ran steam as an admin and nothing works getting into my save with the expedition but i can create a whole new game save from zero

you claim all phase and final rewards in expedition, from the expedition tab in the pause menu - that's all you need to do to unlock them account wide. in any of your other saves, you'll just go to quicksilver shop and claim them. your main save from which you started expedition from, counts as a diff save

I need to get sea glass but the game won’t allow me to deploy the nautical sub underwater. I’m on a water locked planet which is miles deep. What do I do?

Maybe it was too wavy and that is why I couldn’t put the sub platform down. I had to jet pack to my ship and hold square. Very wavy and stormy with nothing but water and giant waves. Extremely cold

I have an issue, in phase 3, regarding the derelict freighter.
It wasn't progressing the mission as I was completing the freighter, so I try reloading the save, but I forgot that if you do that while not on the freighter, you lose it. there's one in rdv5, but yes, they do have synonyms for them, some of those make it really easy to identify, e.g. Icy Ruin (ruined frozen biome), can type !faq-biomes in #nms-commands for more infos

in exp20, no need to find abandoned buildings specifically. just pick a direction, like W or E, fly low and slow, keep spamming ship quick scan. when it marks a POI with an actual building, most will have whispering eggs too, just like abandoned buildings do in any other mode.

every abandoned building has it, just go to (almost) any of the rendezvous points and you'll find the eggs right there

r2 is the one possible exception, I never didfind the building underwater if there was one, touched water and the milestone popped

When you go to the teleport it'll list the Rondevu and which number it is, but then you'll have to refind that building, and shoot one of the eggs outside of it. They'll swarm you then.

The Expedition is like an instance of the game on whatever save you start it from, either your main save or a new one. Once you end the expedition, the instance collapses and goes back to normal

Alright, turns out I did not need to make a base. There is an option in the Options panel to return to the main save, which does not go away when the Expedition is at end-state. So I just copied the ships through there.

if i understood the question right, workshop cache contents are not merged either, so you should take them out and a) install them on ship, since they'll be copied along, or bring them back via expedition terminus (which can be abused to bring back more than 8+24)

Im doing the “debris field” milestone and i constructed an emergency signal scanner and used it, its gone from my inventory and nothings happened and i have no milestone reward. I also completed the milestone reward for assembling your corvette and have built the mission radar, refiner, and nutrition station but no milestone for that either. Am i doing something wrong?

Remove your tech first if you want to keep it. Salvaging doesn't give you back your stuff, but gives you random stuff of the ship's tier even if you've taken everything out already.

You should be able to just find titan worm burrows with your regular visor. They're on "infested" worlds. Horrors will be from eggs at abandoned buildings -- which most of the rendezvous points are, so there's no need to search.
