They are definitely harder to land. You can always craft an Orbital Uplink (the thing that got you to the space station at the start) and just go to the space station

Yep, classic HG bug. It's because the game only cares about location, rather than tying contents to an "item" - this is why the duplication bug works. Moral of the story, do not warp with ingredients in refiners. It's random but you can lose them.

At the end of the day, it’s really not that big of a deal because my main save already has so much stuff. Just… idk… “feeling some way” about it 🤣

Yes but it's a weird process. You can either use a save editor to delete the expedition context, or you can go offline, start a different expedition (link in my profile), then close the game, go back online and start this expedition again.

It is technically a different save that you can swap back and forth to and from. So if you don't put something in there, it just stays on your primary save.

I had a similar bug earlier. 2 actually.
Had a nutrient processor and a refiner. Refiner was stuck showing the nutrient processor output.
Then another time I had 2 refiners on opposite sides of the same wall.
Put stuff in one made it look like stuff was in both.

I think most of peoples problems with this expedition can be blamed entirely on the multiplayer function, I didnt do the 5 waves for the shut down, I just used a sentinel boundary map and went directly to the Pillar, the Sentinel Minotaurs just ignored me as I walked up to the terminal and shut em down

i had issues with this mission too, if you are in the final rendezvous system then there are player bases at the sentinal pillars on the planets

I have a question, but I´m not really sure if it has anything to do with the expedition. But for Phase 5 Advance: Heart the game askes you to upgrade your corvette's reactor, and for doing so you will get an Anomaly Detector. I then used that to find a anomaly in space, it was a distressed sentinel ship. I went to its marker on the planet and repaired it. Its an A class ship, but the game says: Ship purchase currently unavailable.
I thought that you could just claim these ships after you repaired them, or is it a bug? I always claimed them before the update.

man what a wild bug, was messing around on the expedition with a friend in his corvette and we got real close in space. he couldn’t see my corvette but i could see his. anyway i put a poster on his and his crew berth, then we said our goodbyes.

i later went to modify my corvette and it said “must have all pieces attached” and i noticed the floating poster was somehow attached to my ship but floating in midair

anyway the thing is now the “outline” of my ship is totally out of whack and i can add modules like everywhere but my walls 🙁

the way I got a couple (!) was by digging up salv scrap containers, like for corvette parts (actually, shooting them from my ship but same diff)

you can get them from salvaged glass from sentinels but it's a lower drop rate

One of the Phases of the Expedition rewards some maneuverability upgrades ... you may be able to complete that and install them for better ship handling.
