so the glitching quest got fixed today but have two concerns that i did email them about. Which i hope you guys can help answer these two?

During the day of release i got the quest flickering after having a full inventory on my ship and messing up I accepted the rewards for the "Rendezvous 2" which couldnt take in and started all the issues. After restarting the game, dying, and -yes checking today after the update my grave has nothing in it- my exosuit is completely empty verses how it was before. Do they return lost items from glitches or nah ? 😦

Also the plan was it a post to be pre build or you needed to build it your self for the pressure membrane? i got it finally after yesterdays update

let's then further clarify that not all planets with activated <stellar metal> on resource list have storm crystals. no lush biome planet (planets with star bulb on resource list), even if it has activated <stellar metal> on resource list, will have storm crystals -- they're not true extreme weather planets (true ones have EXTREME above hazard prot bar at all times)

planet has ancient bones on resource list, yes? then if you can't see any yellow wifi like icons within your current visor range, then you just need to pick a direction, say North, head 500u in that direction, using ship as reference point - then recheck visor. do that in a circle around the ship - if you can't find any fly away 1000u more or less and land and try again

did you mean rdv2, Adtow planet? that's Haporin system, that's why you don't have it in your space station teleporter, because it's an uncharted system, has no station -- simply galaxy map warp to it, shouldn't have a problem finding it if you're in rdv1, or 3

I can't copy the Pilliar of Titan, it says I already copied it which I didn't. Adsdidionally, when I claimed it in the expidition it renamed my existing weapon to Pillar of Titan and the real one got a new random name. So it's clearly confused. Any fix?

Fixed an issue that could caused the Pillar of Titan reward to appear as already claimed after transferring back to the main save after completing the Titan Expedition.
if you got 5.56 or higher, can you double check quicksilver shop in main save, collect exp rewards, does it show as claimed?

yes, quite a few of them; we don't necessarily need to follow a strict order to complete milestones, although there might be milestones that require completing others first, or that benefit greatly from completing other milestones first, because of their rewards, or suitable locations found "off phase"

for example, there's a milestone to collect storm crystals and another for crystalized helium, which can be done even on the starter planet; but out of those two, only the storm crystals one is really worth doing early on/at that point, because of its rewards

if you don't have more than 1 ship and/or 1 MT to copy back, if you're even thinking of it, sure, if you claimed everything already, just sort out your inventories if you want to bring stuff back to main save, and go ahead and finish. some people like to keep the expedition run going (save after adding items to expedition terminus, pause/options/return to primary) so that they can hop in to maybe help someone, or build a base to help out or something like that

Hello guys. I can't complete third quest from phase 1. It's about gas planets, I have to discover their moons. I tried two times. And I am standing on the last planet that should count as discovered but it isn't. Any ideas how to fix it?

I discovered most of resources, animals and flora. And still it's "Unknown".

I have a problem with two phases of exploration, specifically phases 4 and 5. I’m supposed to complete tasks like "Meeting" and "Take a photo at the meeting location." The problem is that the "Meetings" were marked as completed even though I haven't been to those planets. Because of this, I don’t know where those planets are and can’t take photos of them. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Yeah, they drop you into a new part of space. Sometimes new mechanics just for the expedition. Then give you random things to do while you explore and experience it. Hadn't really messed with cooking much, so it was fun to mess with that and realize that is pretty built out, etc.

a scanner upgrade module? there's a couple milestones rewarding a s-class scanner module each, just make sure to save before installing them, just in case you don't get +% fauna units reward stat on the draw after installing it. then just scan a creature, and it should hit 90k. supercharge the scanner module if you got a usable supercharged slot

this shouldnt be difficult to get on any planet with water. if you're on a waterworld biome planet, then deep water won't have clams, and you'll need to search next to islands, or possibly even on a different planet with water. that said, if you are in Haporin system, rdv2 system, and have to leave and come back later, recommend dropping and claiming a base computer there

You would be better off trying to find one in a regular ocean...you know the ones that go no deeper than 90u. That's what I did and found one immediately. But if you don't find one immediately move around the planet and search in different spots...should be easy enough.

we do know and have the system names listed and pinned, but finding them manually in the galaxy map without having ever warped to them before is going to be an absolute pain imo. if you have multiplayer support, i'd suggest you use the anomaly teleporter to see if you can find other player bases in rdv2, rdv3, etc - and visit the stations of those systems

if you try opting out of experimental now, it will most likely give you a "cannot load this save" error afterwards; as mentioned before, you should wait for steam public to catch up, then opt out

When I logged into the expedition this morning all my rendezvous point milestones popped but not the photo part. I had to manually go in the galaxy map and browse in free explore to track down the system I was supposed to be in, got to the planet they speak of here, took the picture and nothing.
Seems like my progress is completely bugged. Anyone else ever have this and find a fix without contacting HG?
(I did submit a ticket but if I can fix it myself and keep going i'd really rather do that...)

if you started from existing save, all those currencies merge, can use expedition terminus to bring items back. if not, you'd need to use another player as a mule to hold those items while you swap saves and rejoin the group, to receive items from mule onto main save

How to get started with Fishing

1. Unlock Fishing Rig multi-tool tech from the respective NPC in the Space Anomaly, then install it.

3. Optional: In the Multi-Tool inventory, cursor over Fishing Rig, press Apply Bait if you wish to use a bait to fish with.

5. When line gets fully stretched and colors Green, press and hold primary fire.

Caught fish is dropped as an item in inventory.
