You're looking for the symbol with the crystals and the ! I assume? On a planet with corrupted sentinels? If it's a yes to all of those... there are just some places where those things are more common or rare. I've been in spots myself where there just simply where no echo seeds to be found

To help clear up some confusion on how the seed submissions work, which is the same as with the Leviathan exp.
There is a daily cap on the number of seeds you can submit per user acct. see the QT for more on that
