hey, I've found two really good but also similar ships and I'm looking to buy one but cant decide between them so I'm asking for some input. Both were found by austintacious on the subreddit and are in the Euclid galaxy if anyone else is interested.

I quote a guide I found:

First of all you have to finish the starborn mission. To do this you need a void egg which can be acquired at the quicksilverstore on the Anomalie. Get the void egg and start a hyperdrive outside the Anomalie. Brake if you pickup a signal and answer the message of the apparent living ship - allready the mission begins. By finishing your first mission you get your first living ship for free.

To get a special living ship you need another void egg, 10.000 Nanites and patience. If you've found the living ship you want note down the given coordinates, name of the planet and galaxy. Make sure you're at least 5.000 light years away of the ships locality.

Leave the multiplayer mode and build a manual saving point.

Start a hyperdrive and wait until the living ship appears. Take on its mission but don't follow its instruction. You only want to activate the mission!

Travel to a portal and transcribe the glyphs from the post of the living ship you've chosen (Make sure you are residing in the right galaxy). When you're arrived at the right system head for the exact coordinates on the specified planet.

Land at the crashed ship and open your questlog. Reset the starborn mission and the crashed ship should turn into your chosen living ship.

You've done it. Get it!

If you encounter any problems in spawning of your living ship load the autosave which is generated by getting out of your own ship and try again. You may also try to reset the quest while sitting in your ship. Sometimes you need a few tries to be successful. Don't give up! If none of this makes any difference load the manual saving point and start the procedure from another system. Good luck!

Pirate systems dont have * . But they have highest chance for S class freighter. For type of freighter , resurgent or dreadnought you just need to search for it . Each system spawns its own freighter assinged to it

as it stands, that one does look pretty damn valuable so at worst you can use it to trade in

An A class isn't that hard to get. There's also a way to farm without having to wait for another spawn

There are two types of capital ship, and the crew depends on what system you found the freighter in, which the specific species was dominant.

living ships do not depend on the system to be generated procedurally but they are regional

so sometimes you will get redirected to other systems

I finally see this gorgeous, graceful friend and we dream together. At the end of the dream, a colorful gas storm explodes in the background. Did they fix the bug where creating the station save ended the battle? You could keep reloading and class would change, but there was no battle. Great stuff if it was your free freighter, but less great if you were upgrading since you had to pay full price.
