dont get it twisted, that chart is just base: any ships with properly rolled triple upgrades will perform great with proper SC layout and upgrades in it

even the "worst ship" in that chart can be made into a beast

Initial Setup

-# Freighter Battle Requirement: You must have played 3 hours (cumulative), and have done 5 ship warps since the last battle.

Before the battle requirement is met, always exit your ship to update the restore point save slot before ship warping out to another system. Once the requirement is met, continue as follows:

• If using glyphs, reach the target galaxy and portal to your desired system. Then warp out to a nearby uncharted system, drop and claim a base computer.
  • -# The step above ensures that when the battle triggers in some random system, you can always: 1) reload restore point, 2) teleport to claimed base computer, 3) exit ship once more to update restore point and 4) ship warp out to your target glyphs system nearby.
• A freighter battle should trigger, and you will fly towards the capital ship. Upon getting close to the freighter, the game informs you how many hostile pirates are present. See example »
  • With 5 pirates, proceed to battle.
  • With 8, the exotic may not spawn, so it is recommended that you try a different system.
• You may reload the restore point to search for different exotic designs through many systems, until you find a system that only has 5 pirates and the exotic design you want.
• Once you decide that you want to get the current system's exotic, try either method below.

Method 1

Rescue the NPC freighter and dock with it. You should see the ships heading towards it as well, and the exotic will land shortly thereafter. You can reload restore point and re-warp back into the same system and redo the battle to respawn / re-roll the exotic's stats.

Method 2

-# ⚠️ Use this method only if you're certain you'll have enough units to get the ship, as the exiting ship in the space station will overwrite the restore point save slot, removing the ability to reload to the previous system and redo the battle if you need to for some reason. Exotics go for about 40M units.

• Toggle through the friendly ships to find which one is the exotic. As in you must visually identify it as seen in this example.
• Kill the pirate the exotic is focused on. Kill each pirate the exotic is focused on. If the exotic doesn't go after another pirate, follow it to the space station.
• Once the exotic is close to the station, land in the station. The exotic may fly a couple rounds around the station. Then whenever the exotic flies in, buy it.

The Starborn Phoenix is a recolor of the Starborn Runner.
It was available for free as a claimable DLC on Steam for a short time after the game awards.
The only way to get it now is to mod/save edit or to trade for it with someone who does.

Defeated dissonant resognators. They might give you an echo locator which gives u cords to a camp. Go to a terminal and put in 3 gliths. U can find out which ones u use by doing some very simple math. After that press locate dissonance spikes I'm pretty sure and it gives u a location to a crashed sentinel ship. All you have to do is repair it.

Some parts of the Interceptor that were black in WORLDS Part I seem to have turned gray in Part II. However, in some cases, they remain black.
At this point, it's unclear whether this is intentional or a bug.

The attached screenshots are from the same ship. The one with only red and black was taken in Part I, while the one with some parts turned gray was taken in Part II.

This is another example. In Part I, both were all black, but in Part II, part of one has turned gray.

Before the battle requirement is met, always exit your ship to update the restore point save slot before ship warping out to another system. Once the requirement is met, continue as follows:

• If using glyphs, reach the target galaxy and portal to your desired system. Then warp out to a nearby uncharted system, drop and claim a base computer.
  • -# The step above ensures that when the battle triggers in some random system, you can always: 1) reload restore point, 2) teleport to claimed base computer, 3) exit ship once more to update restore point and 4) ship warp out to your target glyphs system nearby.
• A freighter battle should trigger, and you will fly towards the capital ship. Upon getting close to the freighter, the game informs you how many hostile pirates are present. See example »
  • With 5 pirates, proceed to battle.
  • With 8, the exotic may not spawn, so it is recommended that you try a different system.
• You may reload the restore point to search for different exotic designs through many systems, until you find a system that only has 5 pirates and the exotic design you want.
• Once you decide that you want to get the current system's exotic, try either method below.

Method 1

Rescue the NPC freighter and dock with it. You should see the ships heading towards it as well, and the exotic will land shortly thereafter. You can reload restore point and re-warp back into the same system and redo the battle to respawn / re-roll the exotic's stats.

Method 2

-# ⚠️ Use this method only if you're certain you'll have enough units to get the ship, as the exiting ship in the space station will overwrite the restore point save slot, removing the ability to reload to the previous system and redo the battle if you need to for some reason. Exotics go for about 40M units.

• Toggle through the friendly ships to find which one is the exotic. As in you must visually identify it as seen in this example.
• Kill the pirate the exotic is focused on. Kill each pirate the exotic is focused on. If the exotic doesn't go after another pirate, follow it to the space station.
• Once the exotic is close to the station, land in the station. The exotic may fly a couple rounds around the station. Then whenever the exotic flies in, buy it.

You need to test your parts combination across multiple systems hoping you will find one that gives you such layout with that part selection

Even to find a red guppy in any combination of parts is 1 in 40. For specific parts you are talking a 1 in 320 systems and that is not including squids

How to get started...

📖 Warning: Purple systems are end-game content so you must finish certain quests before you can access them.

1. Complete the Artemis Path (the main story of the game).

3. Find a Harmonic Camp and release the multi-tool seal.

5. Return to space and pulse until hailed.
6. New mission: In Stellar Multitudes should trigger.

You get a purple autophage appear to you in pulse. Tells you about Atlantid. You do a little mission then it goes away.

Then the next time you pulse in a new system a one that speaks will appear. Then starts the gas giant line

I read that the system freighter are simply smaller on the outside, not on the inside however, meaning they look the same. But someone on reddit claimed, the max. base layout in a system freighter is smaller/different than in a capital freighter - can someone verify this?

Initial stats don’t matter, they can be increased with upgrade modules and blueprints.

This freighter is an S class, class cannot be upgraded which makes it the best one already.

Living frigates you get from a item called dream aerial. I got mine from doing frigate missions randomly
