the only issue with that is the Class of the ship / stats may get rerolled

I've never even seen a solar ship outside an outlaw system, but also i dont have as many hours logs as some people. but i really do love their look, my last save my whole squadron was matching solar ships

They can spawn in non outlaw it’s just uncommon and only 1 ship is replaced with a solar

also something i noticed since orbital came out, that i might be sitting at a space station, and 2-3 exactly identical ships will land at the the same time

Each system has something like 27 ship designs unique to it so it’s not too uncommon for multiples of the same ship to spawn in

This is a bug that even naturally found haulers have. In the space station they would often have one wing going completely dark (black) while the other displays normally. It’s been there for quite some time. I guess custom ships suffer the same?

non-unique ships despawned to the other player, as soon as owner exchanged them for another

IIRC Non-Outlaw systems only have a chance to have 1 shuttle replaced with a Solar ship so multiple solars will not appear outside of Outlaw systems.

IIRC your exotic exact combination isn't possible. for it to be royal it wont have the very large top fin, max it can have is the small one.

I've found about 4 or 5 exotics in just random crash site ship hunting. Always hunt in a 3 star economy and I use the Minotaur or maps from the vendor.

I've also had an Exotic come up as a distress signal with NPC also.

I found my squid sitting in my freighter in my way out to go explore. Almost missed it. Beautiful white squid just sitting there not knowing it was about to get plucked.

Don't even think it was in a 3 star system.

Ship combat is so mindless you really can't go wrong with anything. Fly what looks good. Dont trip off the rest. Only other real consideration is efficiency with launch thrusters and warp drive fuel. And for launch thrusters I think sentinels do well personally. Beats having to refill every 4 launches in a fighter.

The lunch thruster is easy to manage as there is is an S class upgrade that recharges a percent per a second
