I counter your reasonable-looking ship with Barbie's NMS Dream Explorer. Located in the Eissentam galaxy, this system has dropped several baby pink ships into the station.

From the front, it looks like it's wearing a pink circle bra and has its hands in the air. "Don't shoot!"

Dissonance was definitely detected.

Again sentinel interceptors will always spawn as the same body it's system Locked and whatever ship you find in that system will be the same ship for you and everyone else

And sentinel interceptor ship won't fly away even if someone grabs it from that same location as long as you don't have internet connection on

Coordinates are useful in posts.

Once I made the mistake of saving on a freighter, and next time I load in I was bugged out and spawned outside of the freighter and suffocate to death. Not good for permadeath runs.

All with Random Superchargers slots to start with.
The System Seeds, the 3 Superchargers that you get when you update a C Class to S Class will always be in the same location.
The same goes for Sentinel MTS

When that happens to me, I check where I am on the planet using the map. Then I go to a different far away location and use another AI. When you've checked all the Interceptors on that planet, all you will get is Interceptors that you've already seen.

I've seen big planets with only a couple of crashed Interceptors but that is very, very rare. Almost every planet has at least 50 crashed Interceptors. Most planets I've Hunted have more than 100

I just visited a sentinel site I had not visited in weeks and was able to just get in and take off with no presenting of. brain or anything. The robot guy in the trash (forgot what they are called) was still there and hadn't "reset" with anythgin new. Is this normal for interceptors you've already claimed before?

Portals and glyphs

You must have your glyphs unlocked.
Use the glyphs in the 4th image down at a Portal to get to the correct system and planet in the EUCLID galaxy.
The Coordinates are in my post and in the 5th image down.
Once you're on the correct planet, use your Starship Cockpit view or your Visor to get to the Coordinates to find the exact location of the Interceptor.
Or you can just look for the White Save Beacon and Comm Ball I have placed to Help Guide You!

Was so annoyed, had 4 perfect range explorers, 50% no longer rolled perfect post-4.0, and none had perfect SCs for warp tech

Shame. I kinda like the flying feel. Ofc they are far from nimble and not main ship material but i use them preety often. I have 2 o them and use them as mineral/building materials and upgrade module carry mules. Imo trick is to find task for each ship to use most of them and not use one while the rest collects space dust. Imo the ui change with general and cargo merge nerfed the usefullnes / uniqueness of haulers. Now every ship has almost same max slot amount.

Yeah, I could never make that leap in NMS. They have to make weapons way less accurate else Shields scale much higher in relation to weapon damage than current before I'll have the slightest interest

Especially seeing as how I can mix and match most bonus rolls via exploit, and hand anything all the slots and more* (probably, by way of a glitch that hasn't been verified to still work, but should still work)

Not sure if I remember it correctly, but if there's a significant difference between B- and S-class Freighters in the amount of techslots they have I'd keep my eyes open for an S-class (won't make a huge difference, it's more for personal preference). This one's really cool though, it should be the biggest Sentinel freighter.

Higher Class gives more max slots that you can have and better stats. Looks is independent form the class. Sentinel has 3,5 or 7 segments. Venator 2,4,6.

Thank you! From what I've seen there's only a certain amount of tech you can install on a freighter. All techslots on my A-class are filled, but there's still a bunch of empty slots. I was wondering if there's any other tech I can put there. Also, are the biggest Sentinel and Venator the same size lengthwise?

Need some support on this one. The system I get sent to first of all is not outlaw. Secondly the planet the portal goes to is dead. No npcs around. There is npc on the station. There is a different portal code on the screenshot. Should I maybe try that or a different planet in the system?

Welp! I appear to have foudn a glitched ship. Is an identical model form one I collected earlier today but this time I can not in any way interact with it. I can see it just fine but no option to interact with and I can not stand on top of it. No solid object anywehre on the ship at all as far as I can tell. When scanned it will light up like it is selected but the standrad HUD display for the planet shows up.

Yeah, unless I spot a good stat ship (which is basically never) I only share the system, and I've been marking the camps I use while exploring, so other people can try their better luck at the pool of ships the camps will point them toward

If you want easy money you can always scrap it and sell the scrap you get. If you were pointed to the ship at a camp, you can also return to the camp and locate another one to salvage or keep

Personally i don’t care much for stats or initial class (unless it’s C) so as long as i like the look of a ship i will keep it because i can always upgrade it.

If not then yeh scrap it, you can also get a better class or stat role of the same design ship from the same system you got it from, if you want something better.

So really it’s up to personal preference, if it’s a new game and I’m short on cash i would most likely scrap it.

Sentinel ships can come to a full stop in atmosphere, so you can easily hover and look around, where other ships keep moving or need to land

they also can be fueled by things found on corrupted systems rather than the usual things

apart from their ability to hover and their boost when flying planet side, their stats tho are pretty ok.

Looks wise they are easily my favourite

(For hyperdrive just keep in mind while their base stat is obviously superior, they do not surpass ships like the explorer when both are fully upgraded)

If you visit that system (in euclid) and go to the planet with corrupt sentinels, there is a red save beacon at a camp, but any camp will do, and any crashed sentinel ships those camps point you towards will look like that

I put the glyphs in the post itself, not just the photo, so if at any point you're in euclid and have the portal glyphs you can swing by and grab one at any point, but any type of ship with many designs, finding ones that are very similar can be rare

Well, bad news and good news. Bad news first: I wasn't able to find my way back to the system in which I found the ship; it was just too many jumps/portals/black holes ago. Good news: in the very next system I visited, I found a similar ship in a better color . . . though I don't like the "hammerhead" cockpit design as much. I'd have to go back and check, but the portal may not be on the same planet as the ship. It's the right system, though.

I've been looking for a very particular ship configuration for a long time, and wonder if anyone here can help: snub-nose fighter with "droid" wings and - this is key - no dorsal fin. Instead, I'm hoping for the kind that has the two big tubes behind the cockpit, rather than the big box with the fan. (I don't have access to the chart of terminology used for describing fighter parts.)

Anyone have a bead on how I can find such a ship, preferably in Euclid?

throw reskin glitching into the mix and its near indistinguishable from full custom lol

(I can cherry pick bonus rolls from 3 of 4 types, once I figure out how to get explorer range bonus on there, my masterpiece shall be complete!!)

The Array might one day allow for the Damage from a Fighter, Hauler Shields, Explorer Range, and Exotic Agility.... on the same ship, buildable by anyone with access to MP lmao.

There is no way to help with that, you find a system that spawns exotic (look up coords on sites like NMS Coord Exchange)

The rest is a matter of luck, there is 1 in 300 chance for a starship to spawn as an exotic

Currently you cannot interact with organic frigates in uncharted systems, so be sure to do these steps in inhabited or abandoned systems. You also can not claim a living frigate if your fleet already has 30 frigates.

With Dream Aerial (Required for your first)

To obtain your first organic frigate, send out fleet expeditions until you receive a blueprint for the Dream Aerial. Craft the Dream Aerial (1 Solar Mirror and 3 Living Glass) and pulse drive in space with your ship. You will get an encounter with an organic frigate that asks many questions to determine the appearance of the frigate. After you finish the questions, claim the living frigate.

Using the Dream Aerial randomizes class, which is otherwise fixed per system.
The Dream Aerial is only used this first time, and now should be discarded as it cannot be used by anyone.

With Anomaly Detectors

After acquiring your first organic frigate, you may now use Anomaly Detectors to acquire more. These are rare drops from blowing up asteroids.

Activate pulse drive (as stated above, use an Anomaly detector before doing so). Keep your pulse drive fueled as this may take some time depending on the system. While pulsing you may see alerts for rare objects or traders, ignore them. The Anomaly detector will be consumed if you exit pulse. Continue pulsing until you receive a Whalesong signal to discover a living frigate with these price ranges:

C-Class: 7,500,000 - 12,500,000 units.
B-Class: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 units.
A-Class: 26,250,000 - 43,750,000 units.
S-Class: 37,500,000 - 62,500,000 units.

If you begin to notice any odd graphical glitches, stop and pulse in the opposite direction.

Additional Info
Feeding food to an organic frigate (freighter fleet management terminal > click on an organic frigate), will change its stats. Anything you feed a specific frigate should always reproduce that same result.
For example:
Feeding your frigate item A yields one result. Feeding it item B yields another. If you feed it item A again, it will be the same result you got the first time you fed it item A.
