I just have a hard time reading words and then visualizing them when they're in the form of direcitons. For 5 thousand nanites for each color you can unlock colors to customize the colors of your freighter.

Just gonna try and ask this again here every once in awhile. Does anyone know the max possible segments a normal frigate can have or is every themed segment different? As an example I usually only ever see these from two to four segments and never higher. Theres two cylinders to each segment in this example.

Each tubed segment always has 3x2 tubes. There can also be an end segment that has 3x.5 tubes. Max length I've seen is 4 segments + end segment.

Ok, yeah, that's what I assumed too. That it only ever had four segments. I was hoping I'd find one with more. The longest of the normal freighters I've seen are the sphered segmeneted ones. They're like alrger versions of the ones you can find on Haulers? I've seen an eight circle long one.

YES I found it! Right aftere I read Wufferds post, the next Pirate System I went to had the EXACT end part (the sphere) four segments which I guess now is semi-confirmed to be maxed four but most of all it has the segemented parts I love the most which look like they're from Homeworld AND the captains portion thats small. It's LITERALLY perfect. Now to grind to get it as an S-Rank!

Target the system with the freighter in the discoveries menu. You will be able to choose it as your target on the star map then.

Some stations are a bit inconsistent in their spawn rates (even for first waves) lately. Like, I found a system with a first wave exotic that only actually manages to land in 1 out of 5 reloads, give or take, because if 4 other ships get to the station before it, apparently it just buggers off to somewhere random and never comes back.

Gotcha, yea it’s been a consistent thing even with recent posts, I finally found the guppy i wanted and i sat there for 30 minutes reloading over and over and it never came 😂

Yep. Just check every station in your teleport list, as soon as you get the first two, find a portal (there's a !faq-portals command in the help channel, not sure if it works here)...

I think I may have found one of the longest, normal freighters in my playthrough thus far. It seems like the rectangle boxes, sphere boxes have the longest types. This also has one of the more rarer fronts to the normal freighters too.

Kill all of the pirates, land on the space station, exit your ship - this causes an autosave. Get back in land on the freighter, scan it, if its not what you want. Reload the autosave, that'll place you back on the space station.

Join a group with said person make a manual save(if you want to keep the ship) trade in the ship to an npc then the other person can buy the ship from the npc

All stats and class will be rerolled unless it’s an exotic then only stats
