You can't really get S class modules with specific stats on them, since you can only see the stats after opening a packet and the stats depend on your account's module seed

Umm, it's how certain games do their "random chance" system

Rather than being completely random it has a table of stats that it cycles through each time

So like, it might be something like 5%, 15% and 2% on 3 modules you got and if you reloaded your save it'd be those same 3 stats over and over again

If you really want tho you could use a save editor to change the seeds of your upgrade modules to have the max stats if you can find the seed for one

Your best bet there is to keep duping modules and hope you get ones with good stats!

Well there are mods that eliminate RNG of the procedure generated modules

I can prolly check nexus and see what is working with the most recent patch

then just program a bunch into my inventory
