If you really want the Quicksilver there is an anomaly when you pulse drive, it is a frozen ice or something like that. Shoot it and it should give you 100. Note you have to be in a specific system, I forget which type but there are articles on google which should tell you about it.

you can exchange a ship with an NPC and the other person can take it from the NPC

The downside to that is that any ships (besides exotics and living ships) have their class reset to C-class and all installed technology modules are also lost, so the person buying your ship from the NPC will need to re-upgrade the ship

Maybe not literally every single time, but I personally tested it out of curiousity, and of the 32 times I tried it, not 1 was anything besides a C-class...so I figured that even if there even is a chance, it's so small it's better to say it doesnt happen

That is a possibility (since a few of my ships I can't remember the original class I got them at) but I hadn't thought it was the case cuz I tried it with multiple different ships and got the same result every time
