If you try to do that when you just started the save, is a bit hard... I only started the permadeath and survival save for achievements.. I got a taxi after I unlocked anomaly... Then I left those saves ..

Yeah np! Well you just need to look out for a hologram guy in a space station and talk to him. After you talked to him once he will let you choose from options the second time and you can ask where he died for 100 nanites. Go to his grave and you get a glyph

My best advise is to start with 1 untill you figure out a couple tools, then copy and paste( top left corner) the music layout to a second machine. For me it was a lot of trial and error

Pugneum is easy, just do a sentinel killing mission any you'll get it as a side effect. As for "Heated", your gonna need to be more specific.

Cadmium Drive can be built using a blueprint and the following ingredients:
Chromatic Metal x250 + Wiring Loom x3 → Cadmium Drive
With Cadmium Drive you can visit red star systems, where you can find the actual Cadmium deposits
Emeril Drive requires Cadmium
But if you know the Medium Refiner blueprint you'll need literally one piece of cadmium - then combine it with chromatic metal to get the desired amount
