There are a couple of staves that are rewards for Expeditions. There are also staves available from the Autophage questline, The Who Returned. Once that's complete, you can buy parts and assemble more staves.

As I don't know which staff you're referencing, I can't really answer. You can wait for the expeditions to be rerun, which happens quite often, or you can complete the missions of They Who Returned and then build your own staff. Multitools can't be traded, afaik

As far as i know you cannot used the portal if you havent learn the glyphs, you can give then the code and meet them at the planet after they have arrived

And you can't use a portal unless you know the glyphs I tried it with my buddy and he just walked through it and didn't go anywhere

If you can use glyphs use one of your exocraft to find a monolith use the monolith to find the portal

You need the 12 glyph symbols to get to the right planet, well a player that can access the portals need that. Then, on top of that you also need to find the ship on that planet. Typically, websites that lists sentinel ships or otherwise also posts screenshots where the coordinates might be visible.

In any case, if you have those 12 glyphs, anyone with portal address can get you to that system/planet.

Nah, I meant galaxy, you're naming a system. There are actually multiple, 256 in fact, galaxies in the game. You start in the Euclid galaxy, galaxy #1. Do you know which galaxy the sentinel ship you have the address for is in?
