Ya, I don't think you can. So your best bet is to find a dissonant system, find the planet that says dissonant and go kill some "Inverted Mirros" sentinels. They'll drop them randomly.

Royal ship? You mean exotic?
There is one (same style and color, random stats, always S class) in every system but how often they show up depends on different properties of the system.
In general, wealthy systems have a higher chance of the exotic showing up.
There is a database of ships if you want to look for a particular style.

There are certain places, like popular systems/planets, where people congregate, without being friends. Systems where you can farm specific modules and such. Other than that, this game is so vast, it's unlikley anyone would run into anyone else without adding them as a contact.

With multiplayer enabled, you will always see other players that are in the same star system that also have multiplayer enabled and are on the same save version

Adding each other as friends just allows you to be instantly transported to the other players' star system and be in a group with each other

And its session based too, if all players ingame come to same star system in same galaxy they won’t see each other all only 32 will bee seen

the game is mmo, no idea how much is the player limit on a system, but as far i know, you can see anyone on any system, is super rare to see too much people, the universe is big, and i mean about 18 quintillion places to players be at the same time...

so the odds to see more than 20 players in the same place is very low lol even lower if people turn off the ship and foot markers

Unless its a joint living space, I've seen some portal codes that take you a place called "something prime" players are actually trying to colonize a planet. Seen it on tic tok

I think you just have to fish for them. Use bionic lures to catch rare fish.

I've had some trouble getting the bait to work cause I'm in custom (at least think that's the reason) it doesn't display that it's being used even though I have 500 in my inventory

I apparently did not apply them, thank you for the help I didn't read the tooltip well enough that states how to apply them; also helps to have the right lures I just looked and I had magpulse not bionic but I fixed that so I'm gonna try again and see if i get better results

I found if you build a fishing pool in a settlement (not a base) and bring it to S class - you will more likely get high quality fish

certain fish also can do specal things in the game

Damage potential is better seen by hovering over the weapon that you wish to see the damage of

You wouldn’t be able to purchase the item or trade it between players, it is obtained from completing expedition 12 which has concluded well over a year ago and a rerun has already happened unlikely to happen again with their rerun pattern.

You would need to use a mod or save editor to obtain the item after the fact.

The consumerism mod on nexus mods does allow you to purchase past expedition rewards for quicksilver alternatively pinned in #nms-modding is specifications on how to use a save editor depending on your platform

expeditions in regards to your freighter fleet?

i can't join call, but if it's in regards to your freighter fleet, you just send your frigates on missions and they bring you back stuff sometimes, it's a good method for passive income. if you're talking about the big expedition we had that started a few weeks ago, it's a long mission with several phases, where you get rewards for several goals completed within each phase, and then even more rewards for each phase completed. it's basically like starting another save. and once you complete that, you get rewards for like every aspect of that expedition (ex. units/nanites for people you've helped, planets you've visited, flora, fauna & minerals you've scanned, etc)

it depends on how much time you spend on finishing tasks, you get rewards as soon as you finish tasks within phases, and phases overall

Apparently they re-run all the expeditions from that year at the end of the year. Also typically there are 4 expeditions per year and there have only been 3 so far. So fingers crossed for a little more new content this year.

the thing is, i have spent a small fortune on distress charts. The most systems i'm in (excluding the certain systems that need you to get certain modules for hyperspace jump) just doesn't have those.
Couple times i saw is NPC walking around the ships with the hardframe wings, and if i try to buy one of those, they're like 28+ millions units and i don't have that enough yet.
Either way somethings telling me that i need to go to a system where hardframe wings is more common to find.
