OH I'm sorry I misunderstood, they're ships that change between colors! never the same two colors twice according to some reddit posts, I just call them chameleons as that's what coordinate exchange calls them

Ships won’t change colour like this, their findings could be down to planet colour palette making it seem as if the ships colour is changing.

Unfortunately what you're looking for like chippy said, doesn't exist. The colors found on the ship are different due to the planet's weather and color around the ship

For example this ship, it's never the same color twice because every planet has a different or mostly different color palette as chippy said, therefore you will never see the same colors often

I am literally flying a ship that i picked up years ago, years ago

Interceptors have a faster boost speed while flying planet side, however boost speed has a hidden cap irrespective of the displayed speed in your ship.

Stats I could even argue being superfluous to focus on when S class and the best X class modules can make any ship perform well.

My suggestion would be to focus on getting a ship you like the look of, rather than focusing on the stats or performance especially when performance can be improved by player input

We love this, HG introduced Quicksilver rewards being account wide, around the same time as expeditions began.

This caused pretty much any reward you buy from the QS merchant to be permanently unlocked on your account, so reloading your save would keep the reward as “unlocked” but refund the QS.

I’m told I can resolve this by joining a multiplayer session, warping to a new system and then doing everything that sets a save point (visit the anomaly, space station, etc). There is no space police in outlaw systems, so you can fly around and look at your compass for dissonance resonators and just stop to destroy them with ship weaponry before moving onto the next one
