Freighter warping leaves you behind, joining places you in a star next to them, with the space anomaly not allowing you to "go to other players star system"

They do not exist for you, and the game tries as hard as possible to stop you from accessing stars that do not exist, in case you somehow get a mission objective in them that would then be impossible to complete

You need to progress the two submissions you are given, one of them is to investigate the properties of Atlantideum (Prayers of the Machine), the other is to make friends with the Autophage and build your first staff (Audience with the Autophage)

Void Motes will not allow you to skip Audience with the Autophage I believe

You aren't meant to obtain any Void Motes until They Who Returned is completed I believe

I've been grinding for weeks trying to get more salvaged frigate modules by using emergency signal scanner, get into the abandoned freighter and looting but not all have these, and is very tedious, wondering if anyone have some modules that don't need, I need some to fully upgrade my freighter.

If you on permadeath I can give you them 🙂 If you fine with a little negativity from Gek, Vy'ken and Korvax you can wait for big ship spawns around systems and steal from their storage by blowings them up 🙂

If you fly around first you can spot which has Frigate Modules in to avoid less loss of resources and pulse away once got them, they pretty rare but normally get 1-2 per time they warp/appear 🙂 Welcome

Plenty of items that can be traded to be sold or refined. !faq-nanites in #bot-spam can list various methods and materials/items used to get nanites.

Personally suspicious packages are my preferred way to get nanites, for players I like to give them memory fragments as I have the BP unlocked for one type.

If you donate 30x of all six food items to Cronos at the Anomaly, he will give you about 13K nanites. I do this nearly every day. Some foods are easier to make than others of course.
