Id recommend building one base on an island. Most marine bases have some land, for the shallow fish. then another farther out, for the biggies

AI Valves stack higher, but aren't easy to get a lot of unless you dupe or save edit them in, or make all your money by scrapping sentinel ships

The only sources of quicksilver are Daily Quicksilver Missions (which store up to 3 + today's if you've missed any), Weekend Quicksilver Missions, talking to Nada at the Space Anomaly certain points during the main story, when it tells you specifically to go to the Anomaly to tell Nada everything, and the very rare "Condensed Stellar Ice" space encounter

Should be able to package the drive from the ship you started with, then install again on your copied ship.

I forget what it refers to in that terminal but the same applies when purchasing a ship from an NPC, As long as you selected buy/claim and not exchange/swap

No duplication has occurred, they have just copied their ship over instead of replacing the ship they started with in the expedition.

Because you are only copying 1 ship from your primary save into the expedition, duplication would imply there is now two of the same ship in the expedition

If you want a true duplication method using the expedition terminal, then hopefully I will have the method written up for #nms-legacy-ships before I go to bed tonight

Sort off, avoiding using the term to remove the confusion, but yes in a way it’s an exact copy so a duplicate, but not in the way there is multiple in one save.
