Having these pets without mods or anything works perfectly fine, you can ride them and everything

A bit! It's definitely limited and confusing but save editing lets you do a lot of fun stuff that doesn't really interfere or count as cheating or anything ^o^ (technically nothing counts as cheating, you're free to do whatever)
