For the questline yes, anything else and you should be fine as long as you recognise when something is bugged from multiplayer and fix it in the general steps i said before.

personally the issues in multiplayer with quests isn’t often however can be annoying and bring larger issues, so do it at your own risk, but be aware on how to fix those bugs.
