It's not just any walker, though. The quest should lead you to a particular encounter with a unique walker; it's also an easier encounter than the full five waves of sentinels.

You may need to reset the quest, in the log. Just get to a system fairly far from where you made your first attempt at it. Going back to an old base might do it, or through a black hole. Then you should see the option in the Log to "restart mission with local structures" (or something to that effect).

Make sure your drone companion is active, too.

The quest was not resettable and i did everything mentioned; i took a long break and realised i could just turn off health and death 😂 i drifted away from the main quest walker so i had to still find a random sentinel to keep raising my wanted level; thank u tho

You get them through the main storyline, mission named The Purge: perform 16 warps in any direction, to any system (despite what the quest objective says).

I thought u can warp to space stations, and talk to travelers and go to their "grave"

If you didnt know, combining atlantideum and pugneum, which you make by refining said atlantideum, you get runaway mould which can be refined into nanites at a 5:1 ratio. I also get Radiant shards, as fuel for my ship and because they can be refined into 50 nanites.

It works the same way

None of the X class mining upgrade seeds actually hit >19% speed in game

Best ones to farm for X are movement and hazard protection imo, and weapons etc of course

You can trade prepackaged components between players using a refiner actually

It worked for me through a mildly complicated setup but I traded the quantum warp drive between my accounts and gave it to my friends as well, without them having done the expedition

So I'm sorry if I explain this poorly, any questions feel free to ask. What you do is take your 1st account with the item you want to trade to the meeting spot, then log into your 2nd account without closing app and go to the same location, then log on to 1st account on another device and join the 2nd account at said location, from there 1st account must place refiner then put item in refiner and walk away a short distance (may take a few tries to work, every once in a while it messed up for unknown reason) after that 2nd account can retrieve item from refiner. For 2nd account I used just used an alt.

Did you make sure to not close the game when switching accounts? If it fails the 2nd account just sees a weird buggy item using resources of other items that's normally not available. Also I did this on xbox, if that has any relevance.

Its all good, i understand that for sure. That was probably the issue, when I transferred these over, the account receiving had to be on the same system as the account providing. That's why I suggest a alt account to be the account that receives if youre doing this with other players, so you can minimize risk. With the sentinel update I think the best ships are free. Crashed S sentinel ships are a thing. I can show u the location of one as well on top of giving u some units. I can also show u a planet where u can farm nanites as well those are harder to come by than units.

Requires Economy Scanner OR Conflict Scanner installed on your regular active ship and the Wormhole Brain if using a Living ship. When using the Freighter Galaxy Map, the Interstellar Scanner tech is required.
