Lol, well I do have a golden vector I can sort of give to you (the process is a glitch/exploit), but that process re-rolls stats/class, so it likely won't be an S like mine.

There isn't an official mechanic to transfer ships, but that said, Hello Games doesn't seem to care about modding, duping etc in NMS at all.
If that's something that still interests you just lmk.

From the perspective of the ship owner:
Create a fresh manual save.
Meet other player in a station, have them wait by the ship you intend to dupe.
You go to an NPC pilot and exchange ships.
The NPC will appear by your old ship.
Other player must interact with the NPC quickly so they dont fly off, and they claim the ship for free.
You leave group/disable multiplayer and reload the manual save.
Done!
