Costco sells bags of plain deshelled pumpkin seeds, not pepitas. I coat them in a little olive oil, ginger, onion, garlic, salt and pepper, cayenne, then toast them till they're golden brown.

very good. fresh mince too. we often use frozen mince but the fresh stuff was massy and heavy, i can probably make the pound i got of it into two separate meals
plus the eggs are Extra Large apparently so that's a plus

I really hate the misconception of OMAD
it really should be TMAD
Your body operates in roughly ~12hr cycles (it can differ a bit between people but not much) when it comes to making use of the food you consume. That's part of the reason you don't necessarily absorb all the nutrients in some things, it becomes waste before you can get it all. So on OMAD you are literally starving yourself for ~12hrs, which can slow down your weight loss in most people. Better off aiming at what you want to consume for those 12hr periods
i have also done a 16/8 fasting routine @dusky solstice
except for indicated medical and/or religious reasons, you should never fast. Instead you should just adjust your diet

Farro/Quinoa, cook it up, cool it, mix some things into it, good to go. You can also pre-do the grain, let them sit in fridge and take out a serving and mix/heat whatever you want into them quickly too

My roommate my Junior year showed me it. Called it a "Root Beer Float". one shot of 151, two shots of butterscotch schnapps (we had a 40% one), and a shot of vanilla/cream vodka. Then you fill the rest of the pint glass with root beer. Now the reason it dangerous is because all the alcohol (5 shots basically), I've seen people chug it and not know alcohol was in it
it was like Bacardi Razz and Mt Dew you could go 50/50 before you new
You can do that with the Orange Julius recipe and pretty much any liquor too, the egg white suspends the ice and alcohol so that they don’t burn

Pataks is about the largest brand in the uk but I don’t think they’re multinational
I checked the other two brands I’ve seen in shops here they’re just distributors sticking their own labels on stuff
UK isn’t in general particularly adventurous as far as foreign foods go
I buy my curry at the Indian bazaar market. It doesn’t have a brand. I’m lucky if there’s any label at all. When I want a version mild enough for my kids to eat though, I go only to the Spice Professors and get their mix. It’s pretty nice.

you want the cookies to bring texture and some sort of spice that isn't present already, so with a triangle of salted-caramel-sticky banana-vanilla-creamy you need spiced-???-crunchy
gingerbread can hit the spiced-hot-crunchy note best as long as it's ginger enough
