Thank you! For context, those are Fry Bread dishes I got at Taos Pueblo in New Mexico. The Taos people have been living in that settlement for over 1000 years and some of them open up their homes as little makeshift kitchens and sell food to tourists.
Basic grilled burrito lunch. Smoked tri tip, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, guacamole, pico, queso, habanero salsa.

so you take the small potatoes (white or red but white better). Boil until they are just tender, drain. Lay them out on baking sheet, and smash them lightly (so they open up a bit and flatten only a bit) with a smasher/fork. Then drizzle oil on them, salt, pepper, and parm (or nutritional yeast) and bake for 20 minutes

The Thai hot pepper and green beans are from our garden, Shallot and garlic from the CSA, chicken, and organic bell pepper from the market. Basil from the plants on the kitchen sill. Oyster sauce, chicken stock, black soy, fish sauce, sugar. Super easy to make and delicious. Serve with rice.

Oh, I definitely like many pickled things, just not cucumber. I do sometimes like them if I pickle them myself, I tend to make them sweeter and sometimes spicier. But your typical pickles, no thank you.
I use pickled mushrooms on pizza often.
I keep a deli container of them as a snack. SOOO GOOD
I find it best though to use less mushrooms than the traditional recipies call for... learned that by accident
I would live on mushrooms if I could. I get them a lot from my family when they're in season, but fresh from the store they are expensive. We spend easily 50-70 euros a month just on fresh mushrooms in the falltime.
I pay about ~8 euro per kg of button mushrooms (my fave for pickling)

So Beef Bone Broth is a marketing term, I think it was done up by a Paleo company awhile back. All it is, is Beef Broth/Stock (broth/stock depends on the company mostly)

extra firm organic tofu from Aldi (was on sale). Almond flour, mrs dash lemon garlic herb, paprika, little salt, garlic powder. Pressed tofu first for 30 minutes, added the spices - flour into a baggy and let sit in fridge overnight. Then mixed the almond flour with all the above spices again- salt. Coated tofu and air fried for 25 minutes

I prefer my tea always on the stronger side, so I'll use 2 teabags if I am not using loose tea, let it brew, add sugar, full cream powder milk, 1teaspoon ghee.
You can add a pinch of salt, or just use salted butter.
If I am feeling like giving myself a cardiac arrest, I also throw in some fresh cream. :x
