well, try to remember which one, if you dont you'll have to trial&error till you find it
or just go to any and place a new terminal down and they spawn there
when i warped back to my base it told me the solar systems name so i warped to that solar system space station

the mission related tooltip lower right is tied to the mission selected in the log. also remember that we can force cycle these tooltips by spam pressing H or dpad left when on controller

I'd start with the weapon, shield, hyperdrive and supercharged slot. It may not be worth the materials and repair kits to restore it. You can sell ships at Space Stations in the back left. It may get you enough money to buy a different one from any pilot in the Space Station. Ship value is based on quantity of cargo slots. It would increase the value of the ship to fix some of the cargo slots if you were going to sell it.

Most recipes require materials that can't be farmed like crops, the trick is to minimise the instances where you have to do that
Although lumpen donuts isn't something I'd nake
But, lumpen donuts only requires milk, so you could find a location with lots of milk dropping fauna, set up a livestock collector and feeder, then leave the game on for the night
most, so there should be some, right?
The sugar you can plant cactus for, the flour you can plant frostwort for, and the faecium there is a crop that you can plant that gives faecium
I only used most to leave myself open to recipes that can be made with farms only, but I am not aware of any, certainly not any of the food that I am making

Carbon or condensed carbon?
Condensed carbon can be mass produced with oxygen and some starting condensed carbon, carbon can be collected by the green room on freighter but they are slow for anything above like 1000. You can use condensed carbon to refine it again into carbon
Ultimately depends on how much of it you need
one livestock feeder
If you are willing to wait for a bit of time, processing carbon in a nutrient processor concerts into creature pellets at 1:1 ratio
Rather than the I think 20:1 ratio for making in your inventory, but even the 600 carbon can be gathered on site where your creature feeder is placed
200 pellets lasts a while in a feeder.
You can do the carbon planter trick on freighter bases as well
Place a bunch of the planters, pick, leave and re enter the freighter base to refresh

I can't help you with Isdoraijung, but is there a reason why it has to be in Isdoraijung? That's putting a pretty serious limit to your options. You can still access Euclid and Eissentam even if your main adventures take place in Isdoraijung. Just look at the featured bases in the anomaly, some of them are there and you can just teleport directly to them. You can also save some stations as favorites once you're there, for easy later access.

there's only 1 sentinel ship design per system, which means that if a poster doesn't provide lat+longitude coordinates, you just need to find a site yourself, either using carrier ai frag or a harmonic camp (if you wanted to find more than 1 site with a single camp)

I noticed this from a more recent reply but if you have 2 refiners in a corvette placed on opposite sides of a wall back to back one will lose its contents.
Only way to avoid that is to put something else like a decoration or storage box there, because it even happens with the nutrient processors.

Does anyone know why achievements for no mans sky arenāt unlocking for me on Xbox? Iāve fulfilled all of the requirements for most, but Iāve only received 8 of them.
have you been playing offline, at least partially?
I played about half of my 120 hour play through offline, so i started a new save on permadeath to unlock all of the achievements that I may have missed while offline, and it still didnāt work.
If i have 3 hallways side by side and the middle one has refiners on the walls, the side with the red x with refiners (R) on that shared wall will bug.
The opposite side with boxes (or decorations, no nutrient processors) wont bug.
I tried going online while making the permadeath save and then I did the requirements for āthe stars, like dustā achievement where all you have to do is warp for your first time and it still didnāt register.
i've seen people fixing this issue by deleting all save data+reinstalling game, but idk if it will work for all cases

Once you get to the galactic core and complete the story, youāll be able to choose from a few different galaxies that you can unlock.
There are bases near a lot of the galaxy cores which you can portal to. You can then easily warp to the next galxy from there.

From that jump system to the center it might show as 1,000 or more but even a basic 100 ly fighter is able to jump.

256 was removed from the loop, basically, but since it already existed before that, and was reachable before that, they didnt delete the galaxy altogether, to avoid punishing players who had gotten there

but in gameplay, only up to some 600 or so of those are enabled, visible in the galaxy map, per region
iow, there's a mind boggling amount of "space"
that's why they dont need to add any more galaxies
we're not even close to discovering the max, to the game's limit
if we discovered 20% of euclid, that's already really generous

The illegal upgrade modules also improve actual protection time, while the battery-powered upgrade modules provide true full immunity for a set exposure duration, before needing to be recharged
You can get the illegal ones from outlaw station salvage dealers or suspicious packets (though their stats will be random, try to get high %s and place the best one in SC), and you can get the battery-powered ones from space station exosuit tech vendors
Though they add up to an incredible amount of protection during storms

- if you're asking about frigate looks, i.e. color scheme, that's fixed per system. raiding frigates are a bit of an exception, they always have the same color scheme regardless of system.
- if you're asking about what frigate types can be hired from any given suitable system, that varies: but ime you'll not find all types of the same frigate to hire in the same system, only a few, like 3 (not counting raiding or living)
- if you're asking about frigate stats, those are randomized, not fixed per system

After about an hour and a half of searching, I found a settlement in a Gas Giant system. Its on a nuclear moon, and I scanned it while standing on my freighter. Was starting to think they were impossible to come by, but maybe theyre just extremely rare

sure, yeah - remember that there's also the minotaur liquidator tech set available for purchase in the quicksilver shop in the anomaly

liquidator appearance can be color customized; liquidator right arm tech provides minotaur flamethrower weapon, otherwise it's basically the same stats as the hardframe tech set
if you keep both installed, liquidator appearance has highest priority

Can anyone explain the benefits of planet exploration between corvette v.s. exocraft v.s. flying animal, or just melee+jetpack? From what I can see corvette would be faster but cant pick up poi like exocraft scanners, flying animals might be better for resource deposits.
Personally I use a combination. I jump out of my corvette, summon an exocraft just for the scanner, then immediately leave it and use my corvette to fly to it
below something like 250 I would run/melee. Below 5K I would use an exocraft, Above I would use a ship, since it takes a while to get out from a lot of corvette designs

Yes, all worlds that are supposed to have Mordite currently display that they have Sulphurine as their biome mineral resource, meaning some of their mineral hotspots are Sulphurine

I would go bare metal first. flatpak has issues accessing your graphics card due to how it sandboxes away from the rest of your system
so i made a new corvette while my number of starship is full without realizing it and when I saved it delete my current corvette and that corvette had full inventory and I didnt read the message just clicked yes. Is there a way to get back that inventory or the other corvette?

Playing in a group can cause one or more players to experience issues or bugs when progressing quests, such as the main Storyline. Some of these issues are listed below.
- Waypoints not appearing on the HUD;
- Waypoints moving or jumping planets when you get close;
- Destinations being thousands of lightyears away;
- Quest destinations fail to provide the correct dialogs for the current stage;
- Primary ship getting accidentally reskinned to a different ship;
- Getting trapped on the other side of a portal;
- Getting trapped in a star system without access to both an hyperdrive or a teleporter/Space Station.
Some of the above issues can be difficult or even impossible to fix with just in game steps. Already having access to the Space Anomaly can help in some cases, but it's generally best to ignore quest progression when playing in a group.

If you have Galactic Core set as your waypoint, and there is a line from your system directly into the core, you're in a gateway system. Chances are, you do not have the correct waypoint set

i'd suggest testing and playing with it using a new, creative save; make backups; even if something bad happens, it's just a playtest save/restore from backups

that's upgrade modules to buff the main techs (the blueprints) that you install - if you only installed modules for say, infra knife, but didn't install the infra knife main tech at least, the modules wouldnt do anything

Highest I find is B max never had anything above that
class of the ships that drops is influenced by system economy tier: in general, the higher the economy tier, the better the drop chance to higher class gear. also note that 1) with some nanite farming strategies, farming the nanites to class upgrade can often be faster than waiting for rng 2) if you're interested in a fighter/explorer/hauler/solar sail ship type, we can build ships of that type, and building them already in s-class is a lot cheaper than paying nanites to class upgrade

- yep, it does increase innate bonus stats if ship has any (e.g. explorer doesn't have a damage bonus, fighter doesnt have a hyperdrive bonus), but also increases tech+cargo inventory upgrade limit and gives one more supercharged slot, though adding more tech slots may be required to reveal missing SC slots (C1 B2 A3 S4)

Star systems can be inhabited, abandoned or uncharted. We can easily tell the difference between inhabited and uncharted, but abandoned systems are a little easier to miss. Take a look at the embedded image.

I have not tried plasma-x11 because the entire desktop lags when I login to x11.
I am on proprietary 580 driver because of Disney Dreamlight Valley. It was confirmed working and it does. Its a Unity game and has previously had problems with losing focus. And that was confirmed to fix that
lagging on xorg is really weird (oh, see https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA/Troubleshooting#Extreme_lag_on_Xorg) - does monitor have vrr enabled? in any case, i'd try to delete proton prefix and retest.
When dealing with Disney Dreamlight Valley, which I fiddled with first, I tried the backports drivers and even they didn't go past 550. And the Unity issue was fixed in 560

depends on settlement afaik, even diff settlements on the same planet could/may have different values to that

the settlement traits, but you cant really have an idea of what the settlement's traits will be in the future, since all settlements start pretty bad with like 5 negatives and only 1 positive trait, but by the time they're maxed on traits they'll have 18 positive traits

Already tried all the ingame settings. Even added the black space and removed the space dust. Still sitting at 14 FPS when going 200 u/s or above in space. On the planet I get about 40 FPS while flying.

Is there a limit for phase beam power on Corvette? I feel like after a number of turrets it isn't doing more damage, in all my ships I always need 3 hits to kill Sentinel interceptors for example (1 for shield, 1 for 60% of their hp and 1 to finish)
Only the first 3 will count as tech upgrades, and the first 6 will fire more beams
Any more than 6 will not do anything extra at all
And once Hello Games fix it, that will be 3 like all other corvette weapons most likely

This beam being brighter and thicker indicates that two of them that are firing are in front of each other

At best, you can use a portal #nms-commands message with the portal glyphs #nms-commands message to travel to a star system that players have documented to have a ship with that part. Places like https://nmsce.com/ are ideal for that

I do not think they will, but I'm not sure
No matter what though, only six sets of lasers will fire total
In my other ships I only added 2 laser turrets, but multiple of my weapons fire lasers

I kinda prefer overlapping because when hunting for ship parts on land it's easier to hit when they're centralized

That's starbirth, Stellar multitude is not involved in the void egg quest
I recommend setting starbirth as your active qiest

The quest appeared to me and as both have star/stellar in the name I thought it was the translation

Assuming that you have both the Artemis and Atlas quests done, yes
Then follow the list of requirements in this post #nms-commands message
Basically: finish both of the primary missions, lift the seal of a Harmonic Camp, then complete the Autophage introductory mission "They Who Returned"
i need ehlp my mission glyph portal is stuck in the ground and i have no way of accessing it
Have you tried saving and reloading?
Try going to the other side of the portal
Go through the hole to other side
The two sides appear very similar, the pedestal is only on one side of the portal, not the other

Ah, I see the issue, the pedestal is in the rock
Try use terrain manipulator to get the rock off
Try going through a black hole, then selecting "Restart mission using nearby structures" in the log

The only quest with waiting period is starbirth, and that is not at all involved in In Stellar Multitudew

Ah, I think what you mean, the log days are just flavor text, it isn't related to how many days you need to complete the logs

i just searched around like 8 space stations and couldnt find the teleporter that takes me to build corvettes
is there something im missing? maybe a crucial part of main quest i havent finished
All space stations have Corvette Workshops down their entry tunnels. There is no requirement necessary to begin using one.
Only regular space stations feature the teleporters to quickly reach these Corvette Workshops
i showed someone my corvette and i gave them units and they immediately made one after just discovering space stations so i dont think so lmao

This kind of stuff makes me call my freighter just to swap ships so I don't have to walk all that without the melee cancel animation on outlaw stations
