Actual Lego bends the rules a lot when it comes to how things are shaped, so if you want to get rid of those gaps, try some other pieces. May not be perfect, but at least you wouldn’t see a bunch of holes

compilation of all the atlas renders ive done. most aren't presentable on their own, so i put them all together. the first is in davinci resolve, second (the uv sphere) is in blender, a test to sync sound to polygon count. third is in resolve, used a ruby glass texture because making materials in davinci resolve is exceedingly hard, the first one took 3 days to get the material right, and about 15 seconds for the animation. last one is in blender, that took around a day to get a texture that more or less is like the atlas, render time was about 8 hours. song is punk weight by death grips.

i'd send screenshots from the actual game but i'm getting kind of sick of superheated rainstorms

might want to mention if you're viewing this in a bright area it'll appear as if there's just an empty section at the start. i should have turned brightness up, but it's supposed to be the abyss, which i guess is just the atlas but black

This is what I like to call the "Streamliner" class. Great for atmospheric exploration, but slower in space. And for space I'm designing the "Interceptor" class. Supposed to be the fastest thing in space but slow in atmospheres. The Interceptor will have solar sails but will NOT be counted as a Solar Class ship. The Streamliner will NOT have Solar sails so it can be more lightweight and will NOT be a Fighter Class because it's designed to be the fastest atmospheric traveling ship.

This character I played in a DnD campaign like 3-4 years ago (psionic warforged illithid slayer, I could literally talk about this character and game for hours lol). I originally drew them on my Note tablet, but that died so I lost the original Autodesk file. I'm still in the process of recreating the drawing in Krita.

I also had an idea last week of taking a few screenshots mid-melee and photoshopping multi-sword attachments over them to conceptualize it. The idea was each multi-tool would have a unique multi-sword projection that forms around the barrel or handle of the MT.

I present the organic sentinel, it came from a long talk with daphne and I’ll explain the anatomy of the organic sentinel. It’s in the family tree of the abandoned space station mold and more, it’s also in the family tree of the living ships, it’s origin comes from a abandoned production facility and it got taken over by mold and somehow some type of mold evolved and it got the factory back but. It produces flesh like sentinels with somewhat same functions, as you see in the eye it has pupils like animals do and by the blasters, the balls above em are acid balls, when the organic sentinel consumes meat or plant matter the balls will grow with the amount of acid that’s being produced, it shoots the acid like a water gun and it goes as far as 5.23 meters far. The black shard looking thing on the bottom is GLASS and somewhere you will see a chip, that’s a factory chip that controls average behavior.

And the hole down there too, well that’s where a umbilical cord was, yes it was birthed somehow

Concept art: Royal Sentinel

Royal Sentinels are a prototype sentinel that are commonly found in Royal Ruins. Most of them are in disrepair but occasionally one that can be repaired can be found. Normal sentinels lurk everywhere attempting to hack some of the offline drones to no avail. When repaired, Royal Sentinels will guard you with their life! They also have some inventory for your long expeditions. When in combat and broken, they will kneel on the ground with their front feet. They can be repaired in this state and upgrades as well as color customization is available. Servants of the Atlas until the end, they try to fight back the glitched sentinel hoards. They might not succeed, but at least they're trying... (Depending on how well this does, I might add more information.)

Nomad for me is a great way to learn and practice sculpting because the app isn’t too complicated or overwhelming so I’m less likely to give up. I can apply the skills I learn here into more complex/advanced softwares such as Blender.
