This update is awesome but I would love a proc gen update. The problem is with a lot of variation that is added to the game its very static and generally only has one to a few differences. The model is not procedural like base game models. So the Beetles, dragon fly things, volcanos all look the same with slightly different colors.

Good game. If u don't like, play other games. That's what I do.

Forcing yourself to constantly play nothing but NMS makes you overthink it and you'll find yourself desiring for more than they could give, resulting in overanalyzing the weaker parts of the game and becoming extremely critical about it. I know because I've been there.

After 8 years of active play I've found myself returning to NMS only around expeditions and updates, playing through the content and consuming the new entertainment value. Then going back to playing other games.

It's not really customisation, it's more like ship building! You salvage your ships and get parts, one per ship you choose, so you need to salvage many

When scrapping a ship you have to choose which part you specifically want to keep from it. And it stacks up to 10 it seems. Ship hunting is about to get even more intense, not less!

• Interact with the Starship Outfitter (near the station core).
• Choose "Extract Customization Modules".
• Select the part you want to salvage.
• Once the process is completed the part will appear in your "exosuit" inventory.
