• Locate a Sentinel Pillar and deactivate the Sentinels.
• Destroy "Inverted Mirrors" without issue from Sentinels.(Inverted Mirrors have a chance to drop "Echo Locator").
• Use "Echo Locator" to locate a "Dissonant Base"
• Use the Dissonant Base to locate a ship or unlock the weapons cabinet that contains the new Sentinel Multi-Tool.

■ You can purchase a "Sentinel Boundary Map"(this will locate the Sentinel Pillars, just make sure you are landed on the "Dissonant Planet" first) from Cartographer aboard Space Station.

■ Dissonant Planets are available in ANY solar system and not just red abandoned systems.

Yep. Dissonance Resonators have a chance to drop them. Tall corrupted sentinels drilling into the ground. You can find them by looking through your scanner as well. They’ll have a marker just like mineral deposits and such

I was initially taking pictures of the number sequences when I saw them, but the fact that I have pictures that aren't correlated to actual binary sequences means they were repeating binary I already had, and whoever had that binary in the first place didn't give me a number sequence first
