Before killing all the pirates in the freighter attack, go to the SS and auto save. Then go kill the pirates, if the freighter is not the class you want it to be just reload the auto save to change the class for a chance to get what you want

It drops different upgrades every time I run it. Same layout, different drops. The final upgrade is always S-class though.
