Yes. Ongoing bug. My freighter even changed size once lol Supposedly the color glitch had been fixed in a past patch long ago. But clearly it wasn't fixed. Setting customized colors helps reduce the frequency of the glitch it seems. I can further discuss in #no-mans-sky if you'd like.

Yes, that is another way you can notice, while shuttles come in different shapes, haulers retain their's, with only their wings changing, and possibly size, like the one above, but that's the only style that size comes in.

Notice the cockpit windows once more, that hauler has a window that curves at the bottom into the ship, and it has a weird shape to it. Although, shuttles have windows that aren't similar in shape to a hauler's at all.
