A glitch when I loaded my save normally, but instead the entire universe was just black and grey. Everything still works, but I had to do a hard reset to get the textures to load properly. I took a few pics while I was in this limbo universe.

Not too much. For this pic I just used one of the filters, and added some depth of field.
Other pics with sunsets or more complex environments would require a bit more than that. :)

I've read somewhere that the anti-aliasing settings might change the quality of screenshots aswell ?

Mine aren't too bad, but they kinda feel... bland, pixellized, idk...
