Calypso is the first and most easily accessible hostile galaxy, you can sometimes find player bases in the anomaly teleporter to it and if you go to a player base you can then stay in that galaxy. Otherwise it's a short trip...portal to center of Euclid, go to Hilbert dimension, then portal to center an off to Calypso.
