i totally understand you and im exactly the same way. there are two types of mods, MBIN files and EXML. The modding structure changed last year, now its very safe to mod and you do not need to worry about updates breaking mods. i run 70 mods, that are EXML based so they only edit values. i ran these mods through 6 major updates and not a single one broke

other than combat is pretty mind numbingly easy

Like have more varied obstacles, like a freighter whose lights don’t work, or one that is covered in electrical wires that can zap you.

Also need to fix the automated drones so they don’t spawn in the damn ceiling.

It’s still compatible if you connect it to switch, but then any progress you make on switch won’t be saved for platforms on newer versions of the game

only bug I have seen is the game tryna switch between being in the base and being underwater while you’re just standing in your prefab house

the large refiner will cause that issue-

most likely due to its really sloppy hitbox…

Most refining recipes you’ll do won’t require the third slot so a medium is fine
