Mhm that's fair, for me I was actually so crazy I gave up on several S-Class freighters because of bad stats or not liking the bridge crews looks.

I learned that the freighter crew will pull from the local systems NPC Pool meaning you can get like 5 different looking bridge crews, and in my case only 2 out of those 5 were acceptable lol

I averaged one s class freighter in like 50 tries though i think

Also, take a trip to the anomaly and check if you have what it takes to unlock the "automatic ingestor", and if you do, try to set up a farm so that you can make some doughnuts (it'll make sense if you google for it)
It's basically a buff that increases your mining output anywhere from 3-9 times, depending on the type of doughnut you make

I have been enjoying my trade terminal at my settlement in a tech system and selling goods from it to a Mercantile system. The prices at my settlement are significantly better than the prices at the space port or at a trade spot in the system.

I am wondering if this is one of the advantages of a settlement in that you can use the trade building and that trade terminal for lucrative trading. I don’t have any other settlements to test us with and would like input.

Also, would settlement to settlement trading be more profitable than settlement to space station.

the update broke corvettes for me and there's a 50/50 chance that when you warp you lose ALL tech that can be removed (so you keep pulse engine, landing thrusters and hyperdrive, but nothing else) when you reload the save, they come back, but they're in random places so if you've organised your tech for bonuses, bye bye!
