Depends. if u like chill casual open world sand box space sci-fi exploration games then u can like it. It has some action But its not a space war game. Story itself is not super long, i would say playthrough takes around 40-60h. depends on your sidetracking. Story gets deeper as u dig into the lore. Its a sand box so after story u need to find your own goals . Like build huge base, collecting things, find perfect ships etc etc etc etc. Game is muuuch better than on release. All updates are free

I still wish for the day we finally get an update/overhaul to NPC AI. Let them wander from their parked ships at the stations or on planet to do stuff. Give them a radiant AI thing where they do stuff randomly based on things around them like mine stuff or collect stuff or scan stuff or kill animals etc before returning to their ships. have some outlaws that might attack you randomly with their own multitools. Let us attack them to rob them and lose standing with their faction like in our ships. instead of only letting them walk on determined paths in settlements and stations it would make them so much more alive.
