multiplayer is enabled by default, for coordinate, there's two sets, it's the portal address, which is a series of glyphs which leads to the planet you're on, and then there's x/y coordinates on the planet, though the scanner might be able to find you if one gets to the right planet

portal address, go into photo mode via the quick menu (up on cross/dpad on controller, X on pc), and check the lower left corner of the screen, those glyphs

I have grown fond of them. I wish we had actually gotten the sandsnake from the launch trailer too, it was removed because playtesters deemed it annoying as it oneshotted the player.

But that's exactly the kind of danger the game is lacking, and they would very likely be super rare anyways. The planet could even have a warning label about their presence in space.

And yes, I am aware those were the early versions of the titan worms, but I call them snakes cause it well...moved like a snake in the short window we saw it in the trailer

The issue I have with multi biome planets is that it would only take away from exploring the planets already there, or planets in general. We'd have much more incentive to stick around on one planet, instead of hunting for specific ones.

I have set many rules in place for myself, cause the game lacks a real endgame. Pirate modules and mould are a nogo for me for example.

The pirate method because my character wouldn't support and want things that have been obtained via violent and bloody means; and mould because I consider the respawn time/mechanic an exploit HG has refused to fix for player convenience

The result is, I actually still have to go out and gather whispering eggs, radiant shards etc. A lot of gameplay loops are preserved
