Cool. I recently started a new save, and I spent a good long while system-jumping looking for an extreme weather planet with Storm Crystals. Is that something you can see on the galaxy map, or do you need to visit a system to check?

I know that you can get upgrades to check economy and other stats, but I'm not sure about extreme weather.

you've got materials and items in the catalog and guide of the pause menu. if you go to storm crystals....assuming you have them, you can press locate

if not, check literally any planet from space with activated metal (copper, cadmium, emeril, etc.) that isn't lush (has star bulb)

It was maybe a newer type of tree? Looked higher detailed than older trees. Reminiscent of a willow tree - very full, draping down. It had big leaves. Does this sound familiar to anyone??

Technically, you can go to any station, take the slot, wait for the save icon in the bottom right, reload the save...you get the slot and can do it again. You can continue until maxed out or until you run out of money.
