Nice, I got a portal address yesterday for a pirate system with a guaranteed dreadnought event, and since I have to warp away and back to re-roll the dreadnought, I tested various systems. Lo and behold, there is another system in the vicinity with a dreadnought event, so now I re-roll at twice the speed 😄

Yes, you still have to meet the parameters you stated but after that every time I went from one to the other it was another battle, took me 5 hours one time to get an S class

I have two systems, the first one I got the portal address for yesterday. To trigger the dreadnought event there, you portal to the planet, go into orbit, warp away, and then back. Every time you warp away and back, a dreadnought spawns in this system. Every time, even if you kill it, it'll respawn on warp cycle.

I also found a conflict level 3 system nearby where, for me, a dreadnought also spawns every time I warp there. I do not know what happens once I kill a dreadnought, if this system is following the rules you posted earlier.

pretty happy I have the corvette now, so much quicker to figure out if the dreadnought fight is worth it or if I should simply warp out again

I use the smallest sentinel ship, the Flea, to run dreadnought fights, not sure how well a corvette will fare with such a big cross section to take hits on

hasn't been an issue at all, but with the corvette I can leave the cockpit and use my visor to scan the dreadnought without ever fighting it, if the information doesn't say S tier, I can simply turn around and fly out of range and warp

instead, my corvette is max upgraded, so when I actually fight the corvette I will have to watch my shots, I can't "spray" when taking out stuff, or I will inflict enough damage for it to explode in the end

There is really no other way around it as i experienced. However most plants you would need gloves for, are to make other resources. If you wanna harvest plants to make food you dont need gloves
