thanks man I’m having a ton of fun already like the star system I started in I found these two really cool planets one has this pretty bright green sky and has an ocean, lakes, and even these valley lake things but it’s also got these cool hybrid tree things and cactuses, and it’s got a hybrid ground like desert sand mixed with grass. It was discovered already but it’s very cool I spent 30 minutes just exploring it was so nice.

And the other planet is this frozen hellscape with lots of snowed covered trees, tons of mountains, and really cool creatures like these giant purple ants which one gender is blind with two long antennas and the other gender has two big eyes and two short antennas. But my favorite part is the frickin giant ice worm that sometimes erupts from the ground

In an alternate timeline hellogames was given more time and budget to finish the game more quickly and game was hailed as one of these best period

But I think early victory would have let it get to their heads and they do the bad route of .....paid content, and micro transactions

Yeah, starting from an existing save is like a sort of alternate reality. The only time you keep everyting from an expedition is if you start the save in the expedition then finish the expedition.

You have to use the expedition terminal to transfer items to your normal save once it has finished, but before you finalize it.

What’d be really cool is if you could take control of a system.
Take planets on foot then take the system from the sentinels in a huge space battle where like 5 freighters and a hundred fighters go after you and your fleet.
Then have the system become outlaw and you can push the outlaws out next. After that you establish it as your own star system and can manage it from the space station (what items are banned, where your fleet operates, etc.)
Maybe even occasionally be able to participate in your fleet’s law enforcement.

When building a corvette, each important module occupies one of the upgrade slots. However, when I built my corvette according to a youtube video, I got almost a full row of available slots, and my friend only got about half that. Some have theorized that there is something about the rendering of corvettes, as "not looking at their corvette" made them able to play longer, but people are still crashing left and right on xbox. Best you can do is tough it out and/or wait for a patch, because the state on xbox will not have been missed by Hello Games

ah, ok, well, people have had some issues with their corvettes after the recent update as well, have seen several saying that their corvettes glitch out sometimes, and that they crash when using specific corvettes. I have not experienced it myself though, but then I play on PS5, and I suspect all the platform clients are just slightly different.

Getting a corvette was such a huge quality of life change for my gameplay. So much easier getting around on planets and getting from one thing to the next. Also makes it easy to make money by farming more corvette parts.
