If you go into accessibility settings and change it to the first color blind selection it takes away the nebulas and leaves most the star colors intact. Makes it a lot easier to differentiate them in bright nebulas

It's not just the first manager you hire for your base. You have a science technician, multi-tool tech, exocraft Tech and farmer that you unlock as well. All of these unlock relative Tech to their professions

Into a crash ship you have to fix the launch thrusters and the pulse drive to be able to summon it at the space station or on a planet. As long as those two are damaged it won't let you summon outside of your freighter

So in the future when you find a crashed ship that you want to keep just fix those two Tech and you'll be able to bring it up wherever. You don't have to fix the other tech till later.
